Hi everyone! I'm Anna and I'm not a groomer although I wish I could be as talented as the rest of the team. I'm a project engineer with an MBA and just someone who wants to bring the highest standards of quality and safety to this unregulated grooming field and also an enhanced and enjoyable work culture for the team. I have trained for a month as a groomer in Asia and can groom my own pups Bao and Lacy who are of course the faces on our logo that my niece designed. I pay attention to small details and am a little overly obsessed when it comes to the wellbeing of animals. I am someone who takes a nail file to smoothen out any sharp edges on brand new collars and harnesses (if you check where the edges are hardened to prevent fraying, it's sharp!) and I convert down jackets into ones for my dogs because winter is just too darn cold here and for some reason no one sells real down jackets for dogs. If you're here reading this, you probably have a pet that you love like crazy so you get me. You will find that our prices are somehow still on the lower side and that's why we proudly display them on our website to be transparent and competitive. We are not a high volume salon like most other places and take at most 3 dogs at a time to maintain a calm and low-stress environment for everyone. My strategy professor would say this isn't profitable, but who cares, we do it for our love of dogs ❤️. I hope our quiet, "small town" salon continues to bring the best care to your beloved pets.
